Classic left bank claret, predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon. Rich, juicy and supple, showing black-currant and ripe plum with a good 'lifting' acid structure. It's ripe but certainly not clumsy or opulent, quite elegant in fact. Drink with beef cheeks or venison stew.
