Domaine La Tour Boisée is a family estate established in 1826 in the centre of the AOC Minervois appellation next to Carcassonne. Growing over 20 different grape varietals along their 60-hectare domaine, wines express the harmony behind the Mediterranean sun.
TO THE WINE:
A one-of-a-kind wine made from vines planted in 1955. Carignan is a major grape variety in the region, and it's a great way to showcase the personality of the Coteaux de Peyriac wines. It is, in essence, the spine. The nose is very expressive, with spicy notes of red and black fruits emerging. The mouthfeel is rich and silky, velvety, and finishes with a long, fresh finish.
