The three flagship grape varieties of the Rhone Valley make up this Côtes Du Rhône vintage. Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault are hand-picked on the stony clay and limestone soils of the Vinsobres region. The young vines of Vinsobres (less than 40 years old) are downgraded and placed in this Côtes-du-Rhône. In order to bring out all of its fruit, the aging is done in stainless steel vats. Plum, cherry, blackberry and black fruits combine to produce a wine that displays power but finesse. It has chewiness and fruit.
