Here, the grapes and the terroir are allowed to express themselves. Harvests are manual, yeasts are indigenous, sulfur is banned, and aging is done in vats to preserve the purity of the fruit. Only vines over 40 years old are selected for this cuvée for greater intensity. The result is an elegant, powerful, generous, and fleshy wine. The nose is very Rhône-style; marked by black fruits, spices, and garrigue herbs. The tannins on the palate are present but fine. They give structure and length to this beautiful Vinsobres, which surprises us with its freshness.
