Deep ruby red core, vibrant red edges. A med+ nose is very pretty and complex, liquored cherries, currants, blackberry, some smoke, savory, herbs like sage and thyme, subtle spices. The med+ bodied palate has med/med+ grain youthful tannins, a pronounced palate is more intense than the nose but still fresh with med/med+ acids that are well integrated. Finishes long, fresh, structured with a savory fruited finish. Excellent, will be even better in a few months.
