Complex and full-bodied Calvados blend, produced in the Pays d'Auge from bitter, bittersweet and sweet apples using double distillation in copper stills. Aged primarily in small, old, used oak barrels. Light, beautiful and golden in color like autumn in Normandy. The aroma plays on several keys with hints of apples, of course, maple syrup, citrus fruit, spices and almonds.
