Cuvée No. 103 from 2020 perfectly showcases the special terroir characteristics of the calcareous vineyards in Gimmeldingen and Königsbach. The mild climate in 2020 provided ideal conditions for sparkling wine production, and the grapes were harvested as early as the end of August.

The sparkling wine is traditionally fermented in bottles and matures on the lees for a long time, giving it its fine, complex aroma. You can expect flavors of green apples, citrus fruits, and a hint of brioche.
