Creamed cherry with chipotle and adobe earthiness, cepes-like ‘shroominess and fennelly spice, all marked by the fine perfume of the local clay. It’s perfectly balanced in the mouth, with the generous inky blue fruit profile cut by admirable fruit tannin which is long and open, carrying finely judged oak, natural spice and acid. Gorgeous, fluid and long.
