Dark cherry red with violet hues and elegant aromas of red fruits and ripe fruits of the forest, with mineral and violet floral tones and a youthful edge. On the palate, it´s fruity, meaty yet silky with pleasant tannins. A long lingering intense yet fine wine, due to its refreshing acidity. Perfect with tapas (Spanish omelet, croquets…) also great with meat platters, grilled fish, rice dishes and a multitude of chicken dishes and light foods.
