Pioneers of organic agriculture Cinq Autel, have cultivated their orchards organically since 1967. Under the helm of the Pitrou Family fourth Generation their aim, is producing Ciders & Calvados of fruit purity and sense of place. In 2020 Thibault Pitrou has initiated the first phase of carbon reduction plan to bring it down to zero by the next decade. On the nose scents of charred oak, are balanced plums dried apples and honey. The Aging process has allowed this beutifully craft spirits an incredible roundness, and seducing aromas of mature pears, vanilla and dried fruits.
