This year’s Bittersweet Cab is a pretty, lifted red of medium to full palate weight and bright blackcurrant and dark plum fruits, wrapped up in regional Clare Valley menthol. Time in oak contributes to the relative softness of this wine and it finishes with tight, gently drying tannins.
