nce again we get by with a little help from our friends...when yields halved off our grower's Clare Valley Pinot Gris site ahead of the 2025 harvest we lucked out and called in a (delicious) favour from mates in the Hills...together the blend is almost 50 / 50 from both regions and in the glass it's delivered a wine of substance, structure and appealing texture that retains pretty green pear and nashi fruit characters.

Our tip, to really bask in the sunshine with this one, is a poached salmon and warm baby potato salad with lots of fresh herbs and whole egg mayo.
