Commune of Buttons made a vermouth! Albeit a minuscule amount – we’re lucky to have gotten our hands on some. 100% organic Chardonnay, 1000% delicious. This project started back in 2021. Herbs were foraged from around the Commune of Buttons Basket Range farm & placed into tinctures. These were blended back into the base wine, & the vermouth was then aged for 2 years. It’s aromatic, herbal, slightly bitter, perfectly balanced. Enjoy with a chunk of ice and twist of lemon, or top with either soda water or tonic. One of the best vermouths in the country, you heard it first.
