The Cooper Burns 2023 Eden Valley Riesling is sourced from a single vineyard high in Eden Valley. 2023 was one of the greatest vintages in recent years - with near-perfect conditions. This Riesling underwent partial fermentation in seasoned barrels and aging on yeast lees - techniques that add texture and complexity to the palate.

The bouquet is complex and vibrant with notes of lime, lemon and citrus blossom. The plate is pure, precise and intensely flavoured with lime and lemon citrus, wrapped around a crisp acid profile with wonderful balance, texture and length.
