Coriole has been making Chenin Blanc since the early 70s, and their old vines in McLaren Vale are still turning out some of the best value whites around. The warm days ripen the fruit easily, while the coastal influence keeps it crisp and lively.

The 2025 is all stainless steel, picked early and kept fresh, with a bit of lees time for texture. No oak, no fuss – just bright citrus, crunchy acidity and plenty of flavour for the price.

It’s refreshing, versatile and built to drink now, though it’ll happily pick up some extra character if you leave it a year or two.
