The Corvers family of Rüdesheim and the Kauter family of Winkel have been involved in viticulture for almost 250 years. Corvers-Kauter is currently one of the region's best wineries, having won multiple distinctions. They were named 'Unique Winery of the World' by the journal Vinum, among other accolades.

Hasensprung Winkel Auslese has a distinct fragrance ranging from citrous to stone fruit with floral and herbal undertones. A nectar with beautifully chiselled acidity, apricots and pineapple flow through the tongue, while minty grassy flavours round off the experience.
