Craiglee Shiraz is produced from entirely Estate grown fruit and made on site by winemaker, Pat Carmody.

The 2020 Craiglee Shiraz, crafted from a cooler vintage, is a beautifully nuanced expression of its terroir. In the glass, it presents a medium red hue that hints at its elegance. On the nose, the wine reveals an enticing bouquet of fresh raspberries intertwined with subtle notes of musk lollies, creating a charmingly aromatic profile. 

The palate offers a nicely rounded entry and mid-palate, showcasing a harmonious blend of red fruit and savoury elements. A delicate olive dip character adds a unique twist, enhancing the wine’s complexity. The tannins are refined and chalky, providing a sophisticated texture that complements the fruit's vibrancy. The finish is long and satisfying, underscoring the wine’s well-structured nature. 

This Shiraz is poised for a significant evolution over the next decade, promising further depth and integration with time. An excellent choice for aging or enjoying now with a touch of decanting.
