We don't recommend this wine, we recommend 4-6 weeks in Piemonte. IF you can't do that, then this is what we recommend. Grignolino is essential Piemonte drinking, with Nebbiolo-esque tannins, and this has strong peppery aromas that gets mouths watering well before the first sip. Alpine spice, juicy red fruits balanced by subtle notes of bitterness, medium weight. Enjoy your trip.
