Made from certified biodynamic, carbon positive fruit grown on both Mangan and Cullen vineyards in Wilyabrup, this wine represents the fun and joyful side of biodynamics. A refreshing blend of 67% sauvignon blanc, 30% semillon and 3% verdelho, with no oak. The wine displays light straw colour with green tinges with bouquet of limes, citrus, guava, lime blossom, nettle and musk. The palate is fresh, clean and crisp.
