The more wines we drink from David Moret, we more it confirms our opinion that he is one of Burgundy's top winemakers right now. This is just sublime - packed with crystalline citrus fruit, peach, minerals, cream and well judged toasty oak. Wonderfully balanced with bright acidity, mouth filling and elegant with a long finish. It's weighty as one would expect of Meursault but, equally, as light as a feather on the palate. A master of his craft and a special occasion wine.
