A medium-fresh, dry vermouth made from locally sourced wine blended botanicals such as: artemisia thyme, oregano, rosemary, vanilla berries, quassia, rhubarb root and angelica, etc. The nose is intense and vinous with balsamic hints and warm spices. On the palate, the complex interplay of citrus peel, gentian and wormwood is rounded off in a pleasingly bitter finish. The finish is long and dry, this could be enjoyed over ice with a lemon twist or in a Negroni Bianco (as the name would suggest)
