The Authentique is, as the name suggests, an authentic absinthe developed according to old recipes by Emile Pernot, which was developed by Dominique Rousselet. The master distiller and connoisseur of fine flavors has already won a number of awards and always impresses with his products.
The vermouth stands out clearly here and brings a nice freshness with it. The herbal and spice aroma is clearly recognizable and comes to the fore. A hint of mint can still be tasted.
