Vine peaches harvested in mid-summer.

After a natural fermentation, they are distilled twice in our copper pot stills.

Our peach brandy is aged for at least one year in stainless steel vats before bottling

Consume it as a digestive at 13°c in a tulip glass.

Colour: transparent, crystal clear.

Nose: fresh with notes of summer fruits, very ripe peaches, with a hint of almond.

Palate: frank and mellow with a texture of peach skin.

Finish: silky and fruity.
