Tasting notes
The nose of the 2022 “En Boussoy” is marked by aromas of licorice, wild berries, and spices like clove. On the palate, it is distinguished by its finesse and length, offering the sensation of chewing ripe fruit. It is fresh, elegant, and subtle, with notes of fresh wood and young forest. On the second sip, anise and violet nuances emerge, while the second nose reveals aromas of leather. Catarina describes it as "the finest and most elegant" of their Mercurey wines, with excellent length on the palate.
