Les Champs Salomon is a vineyard in the Marsannay appellation, which is soon to receive a possible promotion to Premier Cru . It is located in the village of Couchey, where it is one of the best vineyards, along with Au Champs Perdrix.

The original name “Campo Salomonis” refers to the village justice that took place not far from here. They wanted to be just and wise like the biblical King Solomon, known for the Judgement of Solomon.

This ruby ​​red wine has rich aromas of black cherries, with a touch of white pepper that supports the elegant minerality. In the mouth, the fresh and pure tannins accompany the long finish.
