Refinement: Aged in barrels.
Residual sugar: <2g/litre.
Alcohol content: 13.5%.
Tasting: Beautiful carmine red color with light violet reflections for this cuvée which gives off dominant fruity aromas of fresh blackcurrant and climbing peach. On the palate the notes of red fruit clearly dominate. Wine is all at once soft, fleshy and velvety. The tannins, blended to perfection and of great finesse, refine this complete and harmonious Fleurie. Ideal temperature: 15°C.
