Every good vintage, the Chambolle-Musigny First Growths sell out fast. The commune is tiny, and allocations from top sources are always slim. This is one of the most highly regarded First Growths, and we cannot resist it, virtually every year. This comes from a vineyard held on along lease, and worked by the Faiveley team. Colour is pale, purple-ruby,aromas are fine and elegant. Palate shows exceptional charm, with well rounded fleshiness, silky texture and marvelous length (for drinking 2027-2035+).
