HISTORY :
With its 34 hectares, “Les Coères" is the largest climate of the appellation Montagny ranked first believed. The vines are ideally located on a plateau as well as hillsides exposed East/South-East and North. Our 4 hectares are composed of vines aged over 60 years old and benefit of great diversity in soil compositions which allows us to obtain great fine and balanced wines.
WINEMAKING: Pressing in whole clusters. Complete vinification in barrels 500 liter French oak, including 40% new barrels. Breeding on fine lees for 12 months.
TASTING NOTES:
On the nose, nice opening aromatic with aromas rich in white fruits and vanilla mixed with notes of hazelnut and pastry. Generous mouth and complex, with a beautiful and long mineral finish.
