Montmains' is the 'mid-mountain' which is seated at an intermediate altitude between two higher slopes. The terroir is located on the left bank of the Serein River and has a clay-based soil. Its excellent exposure makes it an early-ripening site, able to deliver great body and structure to the wine, with a generous mouthfeel.
