Domaine Jacques Cacheux is a four generation, small family producer with 7ha of vineyards in the Cote de Nuits, including premier cru and grand cru sites. The estate’s style remains one of rich, ripe fruit allied to a healthy dose of new oak, a formula with which Patrice’s father, Jacques, made his name in the 1980s and 90s and which has stood the test of time. The domaine is now moving towards biodynamic production.
