Direct from just above Vosne-Romanée, at the start of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits in Concoeur, these vines are over 40 years old. Due to its position close to the Côte de Nuits, there’s not much of a lag in ripening so the vineyard can be picked just five to seven days after the crus, making this a very special wine. It is ideal for cured meats such as salami and prosciutto, as well as soft cheeses. Best enjoyed chilled, serve it as a pre-dinner aperitif.
