Gorgeous entry to the wines of Domaine Jean Tardy, the grapes are 100% destemmed, and the whole berries undergo a seven-day cold soak to extract colour and flavour. Fermentation is carried out with minimal pigeage to preserve the elegance and finesse of the fruit. The wines are then aged in oak barrels. Vibrant, fresh and moreish with a joyous sense of come hitherness – aka Burgundy for the people!
