Hand picked, entirely vinified on the estate. Beaujolais vinified with whole bunches using semi-carbonic maceration and 10 to 12 days in oak to extract the spicy tannins characterizing this terroir. Deep colour, nose of black fruits and liquorice, spicy on the palate with peppery notes, long and rich with very present tannins but of great finesse.
