'Comprised of two-thirds sauvignon blanc, one-third semillon, one-third of the blend fermented and aged for 2 months on lees in seasoned French oak. Cool, green-tinged fruit, richer tropical characters and minerality all play a part here, which is exactly as the winemaker intended, and it's an excellent result. There's freshness and complexity, attractive mouthfeel and length of flavour, and most importantly an easy, satisfying drinkability. Expertly made.'
