Domaine Ostertag’s 2021 Fronholz Pinot Gris showcases the unique terroir of the Fronholz vineyard. The defining characteristic of Fronholz is the salty finish it gives to the wines, whatever the grape is, due to the numerous mineral salts in its soil. This mouth-watering salinity makes it a great wine to pair with a large range of food. Biodynamic farming results in a pure expression of the terroir.

The Pinot Gris has a complex nose peach and apricot and a touch of spice. There are tropical notes of pineapples, mango and honey. 2021 was a cooler year, resulting in great freshness and acidity.
