Brilliant pale straw colour with distinct greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose exhibits delicate aromas of unripe pear, grapefruit and citrus with a light toasty cashew end note. The palate shows a shade more concentration and better mouthfeel than the terriors de Courgis. Flavours of pear, spice and cashew are followed by a flinty mineral infused finish. Clean crisp acidity.
