"The 2022 Lirac is 60% Grenache, 20% Mourvèdre, and 10% each of Syrah and Cinsault that saw a splash of stems and is still resting all in foudre. Ripe black cherries, black licorice, and peppery, savory herb notes all define the aromatics, and it hits the palate with medium to full- bodied richness, a layered, mouth-filling texture, and outstanding length."

Varietal: A blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre is carefully hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks before aging in oak barrels for 12 months.

Taste: This wine has a deep ruby color and aromas of ripe blackberry, cassis, and hints of herbs. On the palate, it has a rich and full-bodied taste with notes of black cherry, vanilla, and pepper, as well as firm tannins and a long, complex finish.
