Domaine Rotier Gaillac Les Gravels Rouge 375ml 2017
The Domaine Rotier tale begins in 1975, when Alain Rotier's parents purchased an almost abandoned vineyard with the purpose of resurrecting the estate. Because the environment is a great concern for them, they decided to switch to organic cultivation in their vineyards in 2005. Alain and Francis are ardent supporters of the Gaillac grape varietals Braucol, Duras, and Loin de l'il, and are passionate about their terroir.
The colour is dark purple. In its youth, this wine presents aromas of black fruit, mingling with notes of liquorice and pepper. On the palate, it is a fruity, fleshy wine, with firm yet gentle tannins.
