Mâcon-Verzé "les Chênes" from two parcels south-west facing and a Mâcon-Verzé "Le Monté" located above the hamlet of Escolles on a plateau rich in flint. These cuvéesof Mâcon-Verzé are matured in a combination of stainless steel and concrete vats to which we add about 10% of at least one year old oak barrels in order to express the complexity of these soils.
