The varied olfactory bouquet is completed by puffs of spices such as cinnamon and vanilla, and in the finish, a note of rhubarb. The sip is enveloping, juicy, well-balanced in its components. Freshness and flavor, supported by an enveloping and silky tannin, give an elegant and very pleasant sip. A persistent aftertaste of fruit and aromatic herbs of the Mediterranean scrub remains in the mouth.
