Let’s roll in the hay with Chardonnay! Hand-harvested fresh from the Margaret River region’s stunning Burnside vineyard, grapes are whole bunch-pressed into a mixture of large format oak and amphora. Undergoing natural fermentation plus malo, our Chardonnay is then racked simply to bottle on a bright and fruity day!
