This is Josephine Perry’s most personal take on Cabernet Sauvignon – a wine that speaks clearly of her Wallcliffe vineyard in Margaret River.

The fruit is handpicked at just the right moment, then given an extended soak on skins for five months before being basket pressed and matured in large clay vessels. It’s a gentle, low-intervention approach that puts the vineyard front and centre, without leaning too hard on technique.

No flashy extras, just pure, expressive Cabernet – dark-fruited, savoury, and quietly complex. There’s no oak to speak of, no heavy extraction, and no distractions. Just beautifully grown fruit handled with care and confidence.
