Clayface Chenin Blanc is purely made in amphora. Hand harvested grapes from Yungarra vineyard, then destemmed into a large format Italian amphora. Allowed to naturally ferment on skins for one month. Then pressed off back to the amphora for settling before hand bottling. A bright young thing that is tutti fruiti now or for years to come.
