Made from our lovely Shiraz from our little plot at Yungarra. Hand harvested, gently crushed fruit into a large amphora pot.

Fermented naturally on skins for three weeks. Then basket pressed back to amphora for settling and maturation. Simply hand bottled direct from the amphora in warmer days.
