This wine is a blend of Oloroso made from Palomino grapes and Pedro Ximinex, the grape responsible for the fullest-bodied Sherries. It’s well-balanced, with a sweet initial taste and pleasant raisiny-nuttiness, but the finish is palate-refreshing. Great with pecan or pumpkin pie.
