Gelber Traminer (the yellow skinned version of the more famous pink/light red skinned Gewürztraminer) sourced from various estate vineyards mostly centred around the deep terroir of Oberloiben and and Uneterloiben as well as some parcels found on the terraced vineyards of Kellerberg & Loibenberg. Predominantly grown on alluvial soils, primary rock with some loess components. Partially fermented in 500-1500 litres neutral casks and left on lees for 6-8 months post ferment. – Knoll
