Lightly cloudy sparkling wine with fermentation completed in bottle so yeast remains. The name comes from the Nancy Sinatra song which is featured in the Kill Bill soundtrack (one of my favourite movies, from my second favourite director {number one being Wes Anderson, probably should name something after him but thats another story}). The music choice in Tarantino movies is always spot on, this song being quite nostalgic and perfectly placed in the revenge setting. The wine is 50% Pinot noir, 50% Pinot gris (bang! bang!) and has been popular with cider and beer drinkers.
