Created in 1940 and formerly known as Coche-Bizouard, the Domaine Fabien Coche cultivates all the nobility of the great wines of Burgundy. The Domaine Fabien Coche uses traditional methods for the production of its wines: vineyard work, farming, bottling, every step is done so as to ensure production of exception.

Domaine Fabien Coche Bourgogne Rouge Pinot Noir 2019 vintage comes from two parcels of land in Meursalut and Pommard, aged 30 to 60 years. The wine is 100% destemmed with no plunging of the cap. Aged in 300 plus litre barrels and then bottled before the August harvest, as to not impart any overt oak influence. The results - a vibrant lifted wine. Very pretty, yet quite substantial for a basic level Bourgogne.
