Winemakers Mike and Callum Garland have focused on absolute freshness in their 'Doka Nova' Riesling. With grapes sourced from three parcels in WA's Frankland River subregion, there's an emphasis on purity, quality, and solid concentration of flavour.

There's more than a little bit of a nod towards German Riesling styles, even down to the specific yeast strains used in fermentation. Style-wise, too, this is Germanically clean and fresh with loads of citrus plus a slightly creamy texture from some fermentation and ageing in old oak barriques.
