Made with 90% Sangiovese and topped up with Canaiolo, Ciliegiolo and Cab Sauv. Goes down gushing with cherries and berries, but also packing enough of the chalky tannin and bright acidity Sangi is known for. As versatile, and tasty, as a good passata.
